House Rules.

  • Absolutely no smoking.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Please keep the unit as clean as possible.
  • Soiled and or wet towels must be placed in the laundry basket or bag provided.
  • Garbage pickup are every 2 days including Tuesday and Friday nights respectively.
  • Please turn off all lights and air condition if you are going to be away for more than 2 hours.
  • No child should be allowed with the remotes.
  • All manuals can be found in top end cupboard, please consult before use. Charges will be applied in case of loss or damage.
  • Management should be informed of any visitors prior to visit. No overnight stays allowed.
  • Unit keys or smart-lock code are your sole responsibility and therefore should never be in the possession of someone else.
  • Always lock the front (Main) door when you come in after 11:00 P.M.

Cancellation Policy.

  • Cancellation by the customer, requires written consent. If such is not granted, then the price agreed must be paid even if the customer does not avail his or herself of the contractual services. This does not apply in cases of delayed performance by The Hamlet Suites or of impossibility of performance for which The Hamlet Suites is at fault.
  • To the extent that The Hamlet Suites and customer agreed in writing upon a date for rescinding the contract, the customer may rescind the contract up to that date without incurring payment or damage compensation claims by the hotel. The customer’s right of rescission shall expire if he does not exercise his right of rescission in writing vis-A-vis The Hamlet Suites by the agreed date, to the extent that there is no delay in performance by the hotel or impossibility of performance for which the hotel is at fault.

Rescission by the hotel

  • The customer can derive no right to compensation from justified rescission by The Hamlet Suite.
  • To the extent a right of rescission within a certain period was agreed in writing for the customer, The Hamlet Suites is entitled for its part to rescind the contract during that period if there are enquiries from other customers regarding the contractually reserved rooms and the customer does not waive his right of rescission when asked by The Hamlet Suites.
  • If an agreed advance payment is not made even after a reasonable grace period set by The Hamlet Suites with a warning of a denial of service has expired, then The Hamlet Suites is likewise entitled to rescind the contract.
  • Moreover, the hotel is entitled to effect extraordinary cancellation of the contract for a materially justifiable cause, e.g. if force majeure or other circumstances for which The Hamlet Suites is not responsible make it impossible to fulfil the contract; rooms are reserved with misleading or false information regarding material facts, such as the identity of the customer or the purpose; The Hamlet Suites has justified cause to believe that the use of The Hamlet Suite’s services might jeopardize the smooth operation of the facility, its security, or public reputation, without being attributable to The Hamlet Suite’s sphere of control or organization; there is a breach of the item: Scope of Application (2) above.
  • The Hamlet Suite must notify the customer without delay that it is exercising its right of rescission.

Room availability, delivery and return.

  • The customer does not acquire the right to be provided specific rooms.
  • Reserved rooms are available to the customer starting at 3:00 p.m. on the agreed arrival date. The customer does not have the right to earlier availability.
  • Rooms must be vacated and made available to The Hamlet Suite no later than 11:00 a.m. on the agreed departure date. After that time, the hotel may charge 50 percent of the full accommodation rate (list price) in addition to damages incurred as a result for the additional use of the room until 6:00 p.m. (after 6:00 p.m. 100 percent). The customer is at liberty to prove to The Hamlet Suite that it incurred no or much lesser damages.
